We hope have all categories from France
But the federation doesn't want team from -21 ladies
and in this case the senior ladies coach stop
The ladies don't want another coach so maybe no french ladies team that's what i've heard today

I would be a shame if the french couldn't come. I hope it will all work out ok because it's not good to have a weaker tournament because of a federation. The french have a real chance (as some other teams) to win the most wanted medal and the federation knows that I believe. So It would be a bit stupid to not let you go! Let's hope for the best!

It looks like only the danish men are going. Some of the best players are actually under 21, but needed on the senior-team. The girls have no funding, and won't be going.

Hope to be there! Asger.

GB have an U21 womans team that would like to attend but by the sounds of it there are not many other countries coming forward apart from Germany.

What is the situation with France, Poland, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium. It is neccessary for all contries that this division continue so that we can feed our senior squads with experienced players.

I'd really like to start a conversation with any other coaches about this especially the coaches of other nations U21 womans teams.

That would be a shame if that was the case, even though they didn't get a good result at the worlds I think the coach was doing a good job

i don't know why they 've stop -21 may be cause of the result may be also that i think that they didn't find also a coach i don't really know.
for a ear from outside national team the behaviour of the coach on the world championship was limit sometimes and his choice about players to someone who don't know the -21 teams could be strange ( i've heard few things which was sounding strange) .
but when you discuss with -21 national girl they seemed to be happy from their coach .
i think for more information you should contact polo mouse she might have
more explanation than me

-21 women was stop cause they were not consider as a status of high level so they didn't get money for this year .
they have put the best players with the senior women

Thanks for that, it's a real shame that this has happened though as I believe it could stop this level at the Europeans itself.

The U21 french girls won't come at european championships only because of the federation decision. :bang:

The coach was oK to continue
They think that the U21 girls are not so good to participate.
I think it's really a shame for the developpement of canoe polo and for the fututre of french team.
I really hope that they will change their opinion for the japan world championship

Unfortunately the loss of the french U21 team and the apparent non-entry of the Polish has meant that there will not be a U21 section at this years Europeans. I have now entered the GB U21 Ladies side into the De Paddel competition on the 2/3 August in Ieper so if any ladies national or club sides out there wish to come along and play us we would be more than happy to see you there. We will also be training at the venue on the Thursday and Friday so could set up games with anybody tht wishes to come out early.
