The formalized training development plan is created to stimulate progress in our polo skills, good team play and to have fun in the process. With a greater knowledge of the canoe polo rules, a focus on polo skills and more experience practicing together as a team we can be really successful in 2011. The principles here are taken from various Canadian, US and UK teams. No previous canoe polo experience is required. Participants can be taught to roll a kayak as part of the program.
